Indian Railways Technical Supervisors Association

i) To promote brotherhood and spirit of cooperation amongst the Engineers on the Indian Railways;

ii) To strive for their betterment through constitutional means – to improve their status, emoluments, promotional prospects and service conditions;

iii) To improve their technical knowhow;

iv) To cooperate & federate with other organizations having similar aims and objectives, both inside and outside the country.

IRTSA has made big strides for promoting these objectives for the betterment of Engineers on the Indian Railways, since its inception (in November, 1965).
