if any one knows present situation of negosiation of meetings (union and RB) please inform two possibilities are booming around
1) RB is willing to giv FC class only to employees getting P band 4600 or above
2) for P band 4200 will be eligible for 3rd AC pass only (one union agreed other not agreed, that's the delay) may be rumour, if any one knows real history please, please
just other friend said it is running by 43000 hrs late, not 43000 hrs it is 84000 hrs late

Every Railway employee are eagerly waiting for the the new pass rule. Hence please communicate regarding the entitlement of privilege pass & pto.

After joining railway as JE I have to wait a long 16 years to be eligible for 1st class pass. My wife also joined same year as JE in another department and she lost the LTC after marriage as the LTC rules clearly mentioned that spouse of railway employe is not entitle for LTC. In railways both the spouse are eligible for pass if both are working in railways. In short, my wife and children lost the first class LTC just because myself happened to be in railways. For maintaining status difference of AC charge have been paid. This is not the case of me alone. In the case of promotion it is shameful to compare.

Such things will happen in Indain railways only (exemption may be in Uganda and other similar places). I have completed 22 years service, and have worked for 12 years in the supervisory cadre. But still I have to travel in second class. What a pity

As you highlighted two possibilites mentioning that only (read as may be) Employees in the Pb and GP of Rs.4600/ or above only eligible to avail Ist class A/C pass is only a cock and bull story. If the R B is really sincere to issue early guidelines and cut off date if any we can plan our summer vacation in the month of April...
