Please indicate what should be the percentage of Direct recruitment quota in the Engineers cadre?

Dear friends,

Considering the situation, minimum qualification for JE should be diploma just like other departments. Reservation of some % to be given to those qualified working in low grade. DR in SE also to be done after studying the same in other departments. After standardising the recruting procedure our cadre can fight for equal status in all aspects with our counterparts in other departments
