MEGABUCK SOFTWARE FOR CALCULATING PAY AND ARREARS

Mr. Arun Kumar Dey, a Software developer from Kolkata has, with the active support and guidance of the EDP Staff of Liluah C & W Railway Workshop, developed a wonderful Software, which he has christened "MEGABUCKS". It does wonderful things with figures pertaining to the  Pay Fixation and Arrears as per SCPC recommendations, notified by the Government of India - Ministry of Finance,  and the Department of Personnel, as also the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board).

We have tried the said software and have found that it works wonderfully, given any parameters. We requested Mr. Dey to allow us the use of his wondrous achievement by placing it on our Website. And the Youngman, in his magnanimity, has permitted us to place the same on our Website, for the benefit of all the Users.

It will indeed be a great service to the serving employees to be able to access the Software and use it to calculate not only their Pay Fixation but many other things, including the Arrears which will acrue to them. We are confident that it will prove to be very useful even to those who would like to confirm as to which will be a beneficial date to opt for coming over to the revised scale.

Instructions for installation of the Software have been given inside the folder Megabucks. These are reproduced below:

• First unzip the folder.

• Open the folder and find the Set Up file and then double click on that file.

• Installation will start automatically and it will guide you on it's process.

• Please click on Ignore button, if any error message appears, do not click on either Abort or Retry buttons.

• After istallation is completed successfully, click on START button on the taskbar then access ALL PROGRAMS and find MEGABUCKS and click on it, the program will start immediately, just click on CONTINUE button,
  and start computing your pay and arrears and those of your neighbours and colleagues !
